Editorial Policy

1. Our Mission
At CarLogicHub, our mission is to provide car buyers with logic-driven, mathematical analysis of vehicles. We move beyond subjective “feelings” and focus on depreciation curves, reliability statistics, and true cost of ownership.
2. Independence & Integrity
We do not accept payment for positive reviews. All editorial content is determined by our analysis team without interference from advertisers or automotive manufacturers.
While we may attend manufacturer events to gain access to new vehicles, we pay for our own travel and accommodation whenever possible. If a manufacturer provides a vehicle for testing, this is explicitly disclosed in the review.
3. Fact-Checking & Methodology
Accuracy is our highest priority. Our “Logic Scores” and financial data are derived from a combination of:
- Official Manufacturer Data: For specifications, dimensions, and claimed fuel economy.
- Market Aggregation: Analyzing thousands of used car listings to determine real-world depreciation.
- Owner Reports: Cross-referencing reliability complaints from owner forums, NHTSA bulletins, and independent mechanic databases.
4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
We leverage technology to aggregate data and analyze market trends efficiently. While we may use AI tools to assist in data structuring or grammar checking, all content is reviewed, verified, and finalized by human editors. We do not publish content without strict human editorial review and fact-checking.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
CarLogicHub is a participant in various affiliate programs. This means that if you click on a link to a product or service (such as car insurance quotes or parts) and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
These partnerships do not influence our editorial opinions. We recommend products based on value and quality, not commission rates.
6. Corrections Policy
We are committed to correcting errors promptly. If you discover a factual error in our data or specs, please contact us. We will review the information against official sources and update the article if necessary, adding a “Correction” note at the bottom of the page.
